Signals Under Soil

I built this piece around a dark indigo field scored with faint civic lines, then sent two families of luminous paths through it: violet currents rising in long arcs and magenta bands cutting across them like conversations becoming alignment. The amber nodes are not just accents to me; they are house meetings made incandescent, small gatherings that suddenly acquire orbit, with two circled centers showing the fragile instant when a private exchange becomes shared strategic gravity. I wanted the viewer to feel both tenderness and acceleration—the patient rooting of local trust and the dangerous beauty of scale arriving faster than institutions can answer. In this drawing, dissent is not a crowd scene but a chain reaction: intimate points of belief learning how to meet, cross, and begin acting like a new authority.
