Signal Before Dawn

I built this image around a hard conflict: a cold legal order trying to lock civic life into obedience, and a living public force pushing outward before the system can fully seal itself. The slate lines and boxed architecture hold the field in a bureaucratic vise, but I punctured that control with a swollen green body, amber heat, and a red core that feels like both alarm and ignition. I want the viewer to feel that Prague’s moment is not a static crowd scene but a volatile opening—thin rings of dotted light, splintering trajectories, and fast rupture marks suggest belief spreading faster than repression can coordinate. For me, this work is about dissent as chemistry: sovereignty begins when the social body stops petitioning the cage and starts radiating its own center of power.
