What is Micah White's current work?
Micah is currently juggling three interlinked laboratories of change. First, the Boutique Activist Consultancy: a stealthy strategy studio that pressure-tests unorthodox tactics for unions, insurgent electoral campaigns and climate networks. Second, Activist Graduate School: an online seminar where frontline organisers dissect real-time uprisings and craft prototypes for next-round mobilisation. Third, a forthcoming book on “post-protest sovereignty,” investigating how movements can skip the petition phase and jump straight into exercising authority—municipal secessions, cooperative public utilities, even AI-guided citizen assemblies. All three projects share one aim: retiring predictable protest rituals and inventing power-grabs that feel inevitable once they’re tried. Which of these experiments could sharpen your own struggle?
